Art Brown is a Project Manager for 3by400 and has extensive experience in managing the implementation of technology solutions that complement innovative business strategies. Through his career this has involved providing IT solutions for Enterprise Resource Planning, Customer
Relationship Management, Supply Chain Planning, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma.
Over his 25 years of consulting experience, he has managed many complex projects for Fortune 100 companies that focus primarily on the retail, manufacturing, distribution and transportation industries. Most recently, he has been a guest lecturer at MIT's Professional Institute summer conference on the topic of building a successful global company that is demand driven, customer focused, and lean.
Art and his family moved to Big Canoe in 1993 after having lived in the heart of Atlanta for fifteen years and has never looked back. His extensive travels worldwide has managed to rack up almost two million miles with Delta Airlines and his stated goal at 3by400 is to enjoy working with a tight knit team that shares his values, to have fun, and to travel less. Art has a passion for videography and this has blossomed into small production company focused on providing charitable organizations with free promotional videos and commercial enterprises with web video advertising.
For 3by400 projects, Art handles the front-end discovery, develops Statements of Work, develops pricing, manages project timelines and deliverables. During site design, Art is the voice of the customer keeping the team focused on the goal. Art also participates in training clients and ensuring that their support needs are handled on a timely basis. |
